Patrick O’Neill Dollar

Originally from Rome, Georgia, Patrick relocated to South Carolina in 2013. After graduating from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, Patrick worked in both thegovernment as an appeals hearing officer with the Georgia Department of Labor and as a private attorney representing local governments, health systems, businesses and individuals in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. After residing and working in Northeast Georgia for 4 years, he settled with his family in Greer in December of 2013. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, South Carolina, and the United States District Court. Having obtained a wide array of experience, Patrick’s areas of practice are quite broad. His primary focus is in litigation and transactions involving economic development, real estate, estate planning, probate and small business and limited liability company representation.

Patrick is a licensed title insurance agent in South Carolina and a member of the Greenville County Bar. He serves on the Board of Directors for Greer Relief, a non-profit emergency aid organization, the Advisory Board for the Eastside YMCA in Taylors, SC, and the Board of Directors for his HOA. Additionally, he is a member of Memorial United Methodist Church and has volunteered as a soccer coach for the YMCA. Patrick graduated in May of 2017 from the Greer Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Greer, Class of 37, and continues to be active in the Chamber.

Patrick is married to Katherine Haney Dollar, of Macon, Georgia. Kate is an Information Technology Clinical Pharmacist with Greenville Health Systems in Greenville, South Carolina. They have two boys Neil and George.
